NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

Regularly scheduled monthly board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. The locations rotate among the three public housing locations.

A Special Board Meeting of the Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Jackson Towers, 200 West Jackson Street, Painesville, OH 44077.

Accepting Applications

Struggling to pay your rent?
Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority charges rent to the household based on the household income (roughly 30% of adjusted monthly income) and we are currently seeking applicants for our newly renovated two-, three-, and four-bedroom public housing units. LMHA serves as the owner and landlord of the development. The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) waiting list is currently closed and we are neither distributing nor accepting applications at this time. However, the public housing waiting list is currently open and you can retrieve an application from the applications clerk at 189 First St., Painesville, OH, or by phoning 440.354.3347 ext. 10 and requesting that one be mailed to you.
